Dust and Fume Control Systems

The design of an effective Dust Extraction or Fume Extraction System (LEV System) relies upon various information on the nature of the contaminant, how it is generated, and the size of particles produced.

Dust Control Systems are basically designed to exhaust particles that are generated by fragmentation or mechanical cutting/crushing. This usually falls into categories such as wood, rock, coal and metals. The particles are usually in the range of 0.1 and 75 microns.

Dust Extraction Systems can range from a simple stand alone Extract System serving a single machine to a more complex Centralised Dust Control System covering a number of machines over a large factory, Dustolex have Dust Control Systems to suit all applications.
